An Expertly Crafted Quinoa Bowl with Mexican Flavors

This recipe is full of fiber, healthy carbohyrates, and fresh ingredients. This recipe is easy to make and can be altered in many ways to suit your tastes.

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa

1 cup rinsed canned black beans

1/4 cup onion, diced

1/4 cup tomato diced, deseeded

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cumin

Half a teaspoon of sea salt

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

1/2 avocado, cubed

Method
Cooking quinoa is easy.

These instructions are for your safety and convenience.

Combine tomato and onion

Combine with salt, spices and herbs

Add avocado and cilantro to the top.

Serving Suggestions

Top a bowl with corn chips and the quinoa mixture to make nachos.

Cashew cheese

.

Wrap it in a tortilla, or taco. This combination can be eaten in any way you like.

You can cook black turtle beans or any other legumes by soaking and cooking them yourself.

When buying canned goods, check the ingredients. Anything that contains more than Beans Water or Salt should not be included in your basket.
